The Point Mermaid Theatre, London 1976

Producer: Sir Bernard Miles
Director: Harry Nilsson

Choreography: Wayne Sleep/Graham Powell

Wayne played the lead part of Oblio, a boy who is banished to the Pointless Forest for not having a pointed head, which is the norm in the story.
This was one of the first roles in which Wayne had to sing, as well as act and dance: The Society of West End Theatre Awards nominated him for 'Best Performance in a Musical' that year.
